Your responsibilities:
Learning and Development
Support the design and delivery of training programs, participant comms, documentation Evaluate training programs and identify opportunities for improvement Support global initiatives
Employee Engagement
Support in conducting and implementing employee surveys Analyze results and implement measures to improve engagement Contribute to internal communication and feedback formats
University Marketing and Attraction
Build and maintain relationships with universities Organize career events, fairs and guest lectures Develop targeted campaigns for student and graduate recruitment Support operational recruiting processes Participate in interviews and selection procedures
Project Work
Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects Take ownership of sub-projects and initiatives
Your profile:
Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field Initial experience in Learning & Development, HR or Leadership Development, inhouse or in an advisory role Structured and proactive working style, strong organizational and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset Entrepreneurial thinking, a “can-do” attitude, curiosity, and flexibility Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, with additional European languages (e.g. German) being advantageous Proficient in MS Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
