Goal
Request, manage and update necessary documents to ensure supplier compliance to internationally accepted legal, ethical and operational standards as well as Datwyler specific standards.
Responsibilities
Supplier Documentation Management This includes the following duties and responsibilities:
Request and update necessary documents from suppliers
Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents
Maintain an organized system for filing and tracking documentation, both physically and digitally
Support local procurement teams in the sites to gather all supplier related information/documentation
Monitoring Document Expiration This includes the following duties and responsibilities:
Regularly check expiration dates of supplier documents (e.g., licenses, insurance, certifications, self-assessments)
Notify relevant stakeholders and suppliers in advance of expirations to ensure timely renewal
Update records to reflect changes in documentation status
Procurement Process Support This includes the following duties and responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding new suppliers by ensuring all required documents are submitted and verified and if required distributed internally
Maintain effective communication with suppliers to resolve documentation-related issues
Support procurement team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and preparing reports
Support supplier performance calculation (data collection for input e.g. SAP, supplier complaints, personal evaluations; prepare and send out site and supplier reports)
Profile
A proven Highschool level of working and thinking, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Good knowledge of MS Office and company specific software
Fluent communication skills, verbal and written in English
Collaborative approach to work with internal teams and suppliers
