As we continue to expand, we are looking for atechnically proficient and highly motivated Regional Sales Managerto join our team in the South East region.

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated

Regional Sales Engineer

with

8-10 years of outside sales experience in municipal wastewater

equipment, preferably pumps or grinders. The ideal candidate is a degreed engineer (Mechanical or Chemical preferred) who can combine technical knowledge with a strong sales approach to build relationships with municipalities, engineering firms, and distributors across the Southeast United States.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow market presence in the assigned territory.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with municipalities, wastewater treatment plants, and engineering consultants.

Conduct technical consultations and site visits to assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to highlight efficiency, reliability, and cost savings.

Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure optimal equipment selection and system design.

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and municipal decision-makers.

Travel regularly within the region southeastern and Southcentral states to support customers, attend industry events, and grow the customer base.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (preferred).

3–5 years of outside technical sales experience, preferably with municipal wastewater pumps or grinders. (required)

Strong understanding of pumping systems, fluid dynamics, and equipment troubleshooting. (required)

Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close complex sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a regional role.
