We’re looking for a
Warehouse Manager
who’s strategic, hands‑on, and ready to lead the operations of our U.S. warehouse. You’ll oversee all warehouse activities — from inventory control and logistics coordination to safety, staffing, and process optimization — ensuring every product leaves our facility meeting the PERGOLUX standard.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, and storage activities.
Lead inventory management — track, forecast, and maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinate inbound shipments, container unloading, and vendor deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Supervise outbound fulfillment — picking, packing, labeling, and shipping in alignment with quality standards.
Manage consumable inventory (e.g., packaging materials, labels) and supplier relationships to ensure timely replenishment.
Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff; foster a safe, positive, and efficient work environment.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular audits and training to ensure compliance.
Monitor and improve quality control — reducing errors, minimizing claims, and maintaining shipment accuracy.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
Oversee equipment maintenance and scheduling to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Customer Service on delivery-related issues and spare part shipments.
Develop and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
Maintain detailed documentation of warehouse activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Promote sustainability and ensure compliance with environmental standards in daily operations.
What You Bring
3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management or operations leadership.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse systems.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Thorough understanding of warehouse safety standards and compliance practices.
Analytical mindset with a track record of driving process improvement.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
Bonus Points
Experience managing multiple locations or large‑scale warehouse operations.
Background in e‑commerce fulfillment or direct‑to‑consumer logistics.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
