JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise case management solutions using the Hyland OnBase platform to support critical disability services and case management operations.
Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions that meet business requirements. Develop and maintain custom workflows, Unity Forms, scripts, and integrations using OnBase APIs and .NET framework. Write efficient SQL queries and manage database interactions related to OnBase. Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust solutions. Ensure solutions comply with accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and support assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, Dragon). Test and troubleshoot solutions thoroughly to minimize impact and cascading issues. Prepare and document solutions for deployment, working closely with deployment teams. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams. Support integration efforts with external systems (ERP, HR, CRM, etc.) using APIs or other middleware. Stay current with OnBase product updates and best practices to improve solution quality.
