Overview The Hive team manages and develops creative marketing assets in support of Global Theatrical, Disney+, Disney Corporate and the Disney Company at large. The Hive falls under Theatrical Marketing and Distribution, and collaborates with all other creative partners across the Studio and Company.

In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing Disney’s iconic stories to life—supporting and helping lead the development, production, and delivery of marketing materials including Creative Content, Co-Promos, Corporate Reels, Brand Spots, Teasers, Trailers, TV spots, Digital/Social content, and other promotional materials. You’ll collaborate with creative partners across The Walt Disney Company and external agency partners, while also assisting with the planning and execution of creative shoots.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role

Support the creative A/V production process across all marketing assets by partnering with internal creative teams, cross‑functional stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure timelines, goals, and communication remain aligned across multiple projects.

Assist with day‑to‑day logistics and workflow using AirTable—tracking feedback, managing postings, handling GFX and music requests, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across all asset deliveries.

Support Producers in all aspects of a campaign.

Write copy for projects as needed and prepare copy/concept packets.

Coordinate narration, graphics, logos and cards for all A/V materials.

Ensure graphics are delivered correctly and on time, keeping the team updated if delivery times change.

Prepare transcripts, scripts, shot lists, etc.

Perform quality control of A/V materials before posting to stakeholders.

Quality‑control scripts, shot lists, music and graphics requests.

Build and maintain production schedules across multiple campaigns, ensuring milestones and delivery dates are met.

Track content, including changes between versions of marketing assets.

Follow the vital protocols to protect the security of confidential information.

Help oversee select marketing assets from concept through final delivery—across internal teams (Creative Directors, Producers, Editors, Music Supervisors, Graphics, Copywriters, Finishing)—while acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, finishing houses, VO agencies, external vendors, legal, etc.

Effectively provide feedback, collaborating with all above parties to find creative solutions that align with campaign goals.

Serve as liaison for asset clearances, communicating feedback and legal findings to Hive leadership and Producers.

Serve as day‑to‑day contact for external vendors and partners, coordinating deliverables and ensuring alignment with internal creative and campaign objectives.

Organize, schedule, and attend meetings, recording and distributing notes and adding direction to appropriate teams for follow‑up.

Delegate tasks as needed to Production Assistant and/or Interns.

Prioritize and coordinate needs between stakeholders, external agency partners, editorial, graphics, music, and finishing.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of industry experience.

A self‑starter with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Creatively ambitious and eager to grow—someone who is passionate about storytelling and energized by the opportunity to help shape how audiences experience marketing.

Deep curiosity about what moves audiences and excited by the challenge of translating creative content into bold, breakthrough marketing for a wide range of platforms.

Well‑versed in post‑production/agency workflow processes.

Demonstrate flexibility in working hours when needed.

Proficient in industry‑standard tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, Airtable, FrameIO, BOX, Aspera, PIX, 5th Kind, etc.).

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $72,000.00 to $96,500.00 per year based on a 40‑hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
