We are partnering with a highly-regarded, private company in the manufacturing industry that is seeking an experienced finance professional to take ownership of their complete accounting cycle. This role is critical for ensuring the organization’s financial data is precise, compliant, and readily available for executive decision‑making.
As the Full‑Cycle Accountant/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of all financial records, providing the foundational accuracy required for stable business operations and strategic growth. This position acts as the financial anchor, supporting both internal management and external auditing requirements.

Responsibilities
General Ledger (GL) & Reporting:
Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping, including recording all daily financial transactions and maintaining the
General Ledger . Generate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports
to support management’s decision‑making.
Cash Management:
Process both
Accounts Payable (A/P)
and
Accounts Receivable (A/R) , ensuring timely payments to vendors and effective collection of customer invoices. Perform routine, detailed
bank and account reconciliations .
Payroll & Compliance:
Prepare and process
payroll , calculating wages, deductions, and benefits while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and government regulations.
Audit & Tax Support:
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors during tax preparation and financial audits to maintain
regulatory compliance .
Asset Management:
Maintain precise records for
inventory
and fixed assets to support cost control and accurate reporting.
Budgeting Assistance:
Provide detailed financial data and analysis to assist in organizational
budgeting and forecasting
activities.
Record Integrity:
Monitor and reconcile vendor/customer accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain the integrity of all financial records.
