Work Setting : 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non‑negotiable requirement from the client.
Requirements
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required).
Experience with Java 8+, Microservices, Rest API, Spring Boot.
Experience with AWS, particularly in Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Experience with code and process management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Git.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and DevOps principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Design, implement, and optimize database interactions using relational databases such as Oracle, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability.
Manage project dependencies and build configurations using Maven, maintaining consistent and efficient code deployment processes.
Implement logging, monitoring, and error‑handling solutions leveraging Log4j2 and other best practices to ensure system observability and stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design system components, and ensure seamless integration between application layers and services.
Apply test‑driven development and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Document and maintain RESTful APIs using SpringDoc OpenAPI or similar tools, ensuring clear and accurate API specifications for internal and external use.
