GPD is currently seeking a Civil Engineer in our Atlanta, GA office location to provide civil / land development design and coordination of multi-site design programs with national clients.
Ideal Candidates
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
2+ years’ experience
Proficient in AutoCAD and exposure with Civil3D
Ability to create site plans following client and local code requirements
Ability to effectively read and understand site construction drawings
Ability to work on various development projects in different stages
High level of attention to detail
College internships / coop in land development, other engineering, construction, or architecture
Responsibilities
Land development plan design including: site, grading, utility, and erosion control plans
Develop concept site sketches and site plans
Visit potential sites and complete site due diligence reports
Participate the permit process and coordination with the plans reviewer
