The Global Mobility Team supports the safe and seamless movement of Palantir employees around the world. We value building deep connections with the business to enable employees to go where they’re needed most to focus on the problems they are best equipped to solve. As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be part of a team of individuals who are just as passionate about supporting our employees as they are about Palantir’s mission. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of employee mobility in close coordination with our internal partners and external immigration counsel. You will build and maintain mobility workflows and frameworks that support our immigration practices, iterating and building resources in line with the company mission. This position is based in our New York office and you may be required to travel occasionally to Palantir offices in the United States and EMEA. Core Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, transfers, and permanent relocations. Manage relationships and liaise with external partners and internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Establish and maintain our long-term mobility strategy to ensure Palantir is set up for success globally. Develop and maintain global mobility policies and procedures in line with our company mission and culture. Utilize mobility metrics to drive key insights and decisions around movement of talent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion to provide exceptional customer service and the ability to engage with all types of customers, external vendors, and authorities. Strong contributor and team player who takes ownership of tasks and delivers high-quality results. Background in the tech sector is a plus. Ability to travel occasionally. What We Require
4+ years of relocation/immigration experience with demonstrated experience in one or more jurisdictions (US, EMEA, APAC, etc.); 2+ years of in-house corporate mobility experience (both international and US domestic) strongly preferred. General understanding of tax and payroll implications of cross-state/country moves. Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $82,000 - $118,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include RSUs, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Total compensation will be determined by qualifications, experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus, benefits, and future long-term incentives. Benefits
