Direct Counsel is representing a well-established national law firm in Orange County that is seeking a
Mid to Senior-Level Litigation Associate
to join their team. This firm handles a diverse caseload, including
general civil litigation
(real estate, financial services, contract and shareholder disputes) and
employment litigation
(single-plaintiff cases, class actions, and PAGA claims).
Position Overview:
The firm has a strong team of junior associates and is looking for an experienced attorney who can provide leadership, handle complex cases, and contribute to the firm's long-term success. This is a full-time
onsite
position offering a
generous salary and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar license 3+ years of litigation experience
(general civil and/or employment litigation preferred) Strong legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently while mentoring junior associates Experience handling depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Why Join?
