Your impact as a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist is vital.
You will assist Vitalant's donor care team as a lead in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donor volunteers, most days you'll conduct a blood drive around town in one of our buses; other days you'll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.
What to Expect
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Mobiles
Provides 10 weeks of Paid Training - Including 8 weeks of Training in Denver, Co
(Hotel room and meals provided).

Function as an operational lead, supporting staff with interviewing and phlebotomy processes, and providing coaching when needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for blood drive coordinators on-site Coordinate the set up and breakdown of equipment for mobile blood drives. Ensure the comfort and information of blood donors during phlebotomy process. Assist the Manager or Supervisor in providing direction and/or supervision of Donor Care Technicians, providing input for employee performance evaluations. Drive company vehicles including vans, buses to drive sites #PHLEB
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Active driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to complete and pass CDL license program Ability to travel as required Successful completion of supervisory training program within six months Two years phlebotomy experience preferred
