We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager (IC)
to lead core consumer experiences for our
General Medicine platform,
spanning from first touch to visit completion and follow-up.
This is a
high-ownership, hands-on role
for a product leader with exceptional product sense and design intuition who thrives in fast-moving, real-world systems. You'll drive product strategy, define north-star metrics, and collaborate deeply with design, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver best-in-class consumer healthcare experiences.
What You'll Do
Own
the General Medicine consumer roadmap and key outcomes, including activation, visit conversion, CSAT/NPS, and retention. Define
a clear product vision and measurable goals, turning strategy into actionable and prioritized roadmaps. Collaborate
with Design to deliver elegant, design-led, and high-quality user experiences. Partner
with clinicians, care ops, and engineering to model real-world workflows including scheduling, rescheduling, insurance, and escalation paths. Ship iteratively
prototype, test, and launch new features from 0 to 1 while rigorously analyzing performance data. Ensure reliability and trust
through robust systems, intuitive fallback states, and strong user communication. Lead discovery
by conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis (SQL, dashboards) to uncover actionable insights. What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
8 to 12 years of experience as a
senior IC product manager
with a strong track record in
consumer tech . Proven success in
high-growth startups
that scaled from Series A to D. Experience at
top-tier consumer technology companies
or as a
founder/operator
in a fast-paced environment. Full-stack product ownership experience from ideation and design through execution and analytics. Technical & Analytical Skills
Deep understanding of product strategy, analytics, and design fundamentals. Strong technical familiarity to effectively partner with engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to use metrics and data to guide decisions and measure impact. Soft Skills
Self-motivated and relentless, with a bias for action and deep ownership. Exceptional communication and ability to distill complex systems into clear narratives. Comfort with ambiguity and operational complexity. Passion for delivering polished, high-quality experiences that delight users. Bonus Points
Excitement to build impactful products in
