Full-Time, Overnight shifts: typically, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.
Job Summary:
The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing the resort's front desk operations overnight, ensuring guest satisfaction, balancing daily transactions, and maintaining the security and integrity of the property during non-peak hours.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist late-night arrivals and departures with warm, professional service Complete daily audits of guest accounts, reconcile charges, and prepare financial reports Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests Monitor resort safety and security, reporting any concerns to management Process payments and ensure accurate posting of room, food, and beverage charges Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Communicate important overnight updates to the morning team Complete any other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred (hospitality software knowledge is a plus) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional communication skills and a guest-first attitude Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic Math
