Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

with a strong background in IT projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in writing user stories, a solid understanding of

GxP (Good Practice) regulations , and preferably clinical domain expertise. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and testing skills to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to

gather, analyze, and document business requirements

and functional specifications. Write detailed

user stories

and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, business rules, and user guides. Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and evaluate potential solutions for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in the

design and implementation of software solutions

that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Develop

test plans, strategies, and scenarios , and coordinate testing efforts to validate business requirements. Perform

manual testing

(Functional, System Integration, Regression, UAT) and ensure product quality. Create, execute, and maintain

test cases and test scripts ; track defects and progress using

JIRA . Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Act as a

liaison between business units and IT teams , ensuring effective communication of requirements, project status, and changes. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute effectively to iterative project delivery. Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience as a

Business Systems Analyst

in IT projects. Strong expertise in

writing user stories

and creating functional specifications. Solid understanding of

GxP regulations

and compliance-driven environments. Excellent

verbal and written communication

and

stakeholder management

skills. Proven ability to work both

independently and in a collaborative team environment . Preferred Skills:

Experience in

clinical trial processes

or life sciences domain. Strong knowledge of

Agile methodologies

and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum projects. Proficiency with

JIRA

for requirements, test case management, and defect tracking. Strong

problem-solving and analytical skills .
