Full-Time, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Pay Rate:

$20 - $24/hour

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

PCB Inspector Operator

to join our manufacturing team. As a

PCB Inspector Operator , you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic PCB assemblies. This position involves operating manufacturing equipment, performing inspections, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate

pick-and-place machines ,

reflow ovens , and

screen printers

to produce high-quality PCB assemblies. Perform

2D/3D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)

for both in-process and final product inspections. Conduct

repairs, rework, and soldering

on PCB assemblies as required. Inspect electronic components and PCB assemblies for defects or inconsistencies to ensure quality standards are met. Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production and inspection records. Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to maintain continuous operation. Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper setup for efficient production. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on production and inspection equipment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required

personal protective equipment (PPE) . Assist in training new team members on processes, equipment, and safety practices. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to lean manufacturing principles. Participate in

continuous improvement initiatives

to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of

5 years of combined experience

in manufacturing SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes. Proficiency in operating

pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, screen printers , and AOI systems. Experience with

PCB inspection, repair, and soldering

techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address defects or inconsistencies in products. Basic knowledge of

manufacturing processes

and troubleshooting procedures. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to [Insert Weight Limit]. Familiarity with

safety procedures
