Requirements Proven experience in technical support and application management. Strong foundation in software and platform troubleshooting. Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications Demonstrable experience in software development. Experience with system administration and networking. Understanding of database management and query languages.
