The program is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic and exciting software development team. The successful candidate will be the technical lead for an enterprise Java/AngularJS development project and a cloud migration project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement, deriving and documenting requirements, implementing Agile best practices, developing the project roadmap, and removing roadblocks to enable team success.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Understands and facilitates Scrum ceremonies
Daily Scrum
Backlog Refinement
Sprint Review
Sprint Planning
Sprint Retrospective
Drives the Scrum team to find efficiencies and to constantly improve themselves
Mentors the Scrum team to be self-organization
Leads the team to making their own conclusions and decisions
Does not make decisions on behalf of the team
Shields the team from outside interference
Coaches the Product Owner, Scrum team, Stakeholders, and the greater organization on Agile ideology and Scrum best practices
Helps all parties understand their role in Scrum and how to work together effectively
What makes a good story so the team can work on it
Can help guide Product Owner on vision for what they want to accomplish
Removes impediments for the Scrum team or escalates them to someone that can
Characteristics:
Has good listening and communication skills
Interested in change and learning to improvement an organization in its Agile knowledge and implementation and efficiency.

The likely salary range for this position is $104,188 - $140,960. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
