Senior Product Manager
to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our
Enterprise Messaging Platform
and
Customer Communications Data Applications . This role is mission-critical: you'll help architect secure, compliant, and intelligent communications solutions that integrate seamlessly with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, CDPs, UCaaS systems, and analytics environments.
You'll also spearhead the launch of

What You'll Drive
Product Strategy & Vision
Own the long-term vision for enterprise messaging, CRM integration, and customer communications data intelligence. Build compliance capture strategies for social messaging platforms (WhatsApp, WeChat, iMessage, LINE, Telegram) that meet global regulatory standards (FINRA, HIPAA, GDPR, SEC). Define the roadmap for AI-powered workflows that transform communications data into automation, insights, and engagement tools. Stay ahead of market trends in messaging compliance, CRM ecosystems, and AI-driven enterprise applications. Roadmap & Execution
Lead development of secure, scalable integrations across UCaaS, CRM, and messaging platforms (SMS, email, voice, social apps). Deliver compliance capture and archiving solutions across all relevant channels. Launch AI-driven features like auto-summarization, anomaly detection, customer journey mapping, and compliance monitoring. Ensure robust APIs, connectors, and data pipelines that support enterprise-grade compliance and analytics. Customer & Market Engagement
Collaborate with enterprise customers in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government) to define messaging compliance and workflow automation needs. Translate complex customer workflows into intuitive, impactful product features. Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure integrations deliver measurable business outcomes. Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with engineering, analytics, and compliance teams to operationalize secure data capture and AI workflows. Build go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, and ecosystem partners. Align with legal, risk, and governance teams to ensure global compliance and data privacy standards are met. What You Bring
Required
3-5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in CRM, messaging, or communications compliance. Proven success delivering enterprise SaaS products focused on customer data, compliance, and integrations. Deep understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, NICE), CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot), and compliance frameworks. Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and compliance capture technologies. Strong communication skills to engage executives, compliance leaders, and technical teams. Preferred
Experience building compliance capture for social messaging and collaboration platforms. Familiarity with CDPs, BI/reporting tools, and AI/ML-driven workflow automation. Technical background in engineering, computer science, or data science. MBA or equivalent experience aligning product strategy with enterprise growth. What Success Looks Like
