Schedule: Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, every other Friday off
About the Role:
We’re hiring
Circuit Card Assemblers (CCA)
to help build precision electronic components used in aerospace and defense. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled facility assembling circuit boards, cables, and mechanical parts. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow—this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Assemble circuit boards, harnesses, cables, and mechanical components
Follow blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions
Perform soldering, crimping, torque testing, and basic troubleshooting
Use hand tools, air tools, and ESD-safe equipment
Participate in LEAN and Six S activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Support company values and continuous improvement goals
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read blueprints and wire tabulations
Experience in circuit board or mechanical assembly preferred
Familiarity with soldering, wiring, and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and quality standards

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
