Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Relationship Banker to manage and grow relationships with middle-market companies generating between $1 million and $35 million in annual revenue. The ideal candidate blends private and corporate banking expertise, is fully credit trained, and can structure and underwrite commercial deals up to $35 million. This is an on-site, relationship-driven role that requires strong community engagement, networking, and collaboration with professionals such as attorneys and CPAs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of commercial clients within the target revenue range. Source new business through community involvement, networking, and referrals from legal, CPA, and professional contacts. Structure, analyze, and present commercial credit opportunities; collaborate with credit teams to complete underwriting. Deepen relationships through cross-selling of deposits, treasury products, and banking services. Partner with internal business lines, including credit, treasury, and wealth management, to deliver integrated solutions. Maintain high service standards and ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate consistent follow-through, professionalism, and accountability in client relationship management. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of commercial or business banking experience with exposure to companies generating $1 MM-$35 MM in revenue. Strong credit and underwriting background-not just application processing. Proven success in building deposits, loans, and treasury relationships. Bilingual proficiency required. Demonstrated career stability and strong ethical standards. Experience working within mid-sized to large institutional banks preferred. Active community involvement and established professional network. No international banking focus; domestic commercial experience required.
