Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality Baseball and Softball equipment. You will be responsible for constructing subassemblies and finished assemblies using a variety of tools and techniques. Your work will contribute to the safety, quality, and efficiency of our production process.
Responsibilities
Build tee subassemblies and finished assemblies using hands, electric impact tools, screwdrivers, and arbor presses.
Ensure daily attendance and punctuality.
Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures.
Read, understand, and adhere to departmental product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Maintain clean and organized workstations.
Demonstrate flexibility and support activities beyond the job description as needed.
Cut helmet carbon patterns using a pattern cutting machine.
Kit helmet patterns for molding and prepare resin mixtures.
Insert molds into vacuum hot boxes and monitor the molding process.
Inspect helmets for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
Prepare films and plates from marketing artwork for softball pad printing.
Mix ink and print artwork onto balls.
Assemble trophy components using various tools.
Essential Skills
Previous work history of at least 6 months within the past 12 months.
On-the-job training capabilities.
Ability to operate machinery.
Proficiency in manual assembly and use of hand power tools.
Basic math skills and ability to read measurements (fractions and decimals).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
