Compensation Package
Base Salary:
Competitive, ranging from $60,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and book size. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on industries such as real estate, manufacturing, and other verticals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your book of business. Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support. Attend weekly sales and retention meetings and participate in strategic planning sessions. Utilize company-provided tools and resources, including CRM systems, to manage and track opportunities effectively. Maintain ownership of client relationships, including referrals, to ensure long-term success. Qualifications/Requirements
Proven experience as a Commercial Producer, with a focus on industries such as real estate or manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience managing accounts with $50,000+ in revenue and a client base of 50-500 employees. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for success and business growth. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive team. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., EPIC for P&C, Dynamics for L&H) is a plus.
