New Bern Auto Group is seeking an experienced leader for our Service Manager Position. This is a great position for an an experienced Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, Shop Dispatcher or experienced Service Manager.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.
Communication with customers, employees, coworkers and vendors
Understanding customers' requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.
Managing shop Flow and keeps the shop productive
Productivity Reporting
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required.
Hiring and supervising all service department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers.
Creating & achieving goals, for Effective Labor Rate, ASR percentages, Hours Per RO, Xtime Utilization, etc.
Must have warranty work completed, submitted & paid in a timely manner.
Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Manager is required or 5 years as a Service Advisor
Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
Driver's License
