What You'll Be Doing as HR Manager
Managing payroll processing, benefit enrollments, and PTO tracking
Coordinating onboarding (security, technology access, training) and offboarding
Developing, updating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
Revising the employee handbook to reflect regulatory changes and best practices
Monitoring federal and state employment law updates (wage/hour, leave laws, safety regulations)
Serving as the internal HR consultant on compliance, employee relations, and policy questions
Leading initiatives in employee engagement, safety programs, and workplace standards
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Experienced with HRIS platforms (time and attendance, applicant tracking)
Able to interpret complex regulations and create practical, employee-friendly policies
Experience with employment law, safety programs, and disability, PFL, FMLA regulations
Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders in accounting, sales, manufacturing, and operations
