Director of Strategic Partnerships & Humanitarian Technology Deployment

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven leader to spearhead partnerships, deploy humanitarian technology solutions, and expand our ecosystem of tools across Africa and beyond. This role combines business development, technical deployment oversight, and high-level relationship management with global NGOs, research institutions, governments, and U.S.-based tech providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Forge and manage strategic partnerships with U.S. companies, INGOs, donor agencies, and research institutions.
Identify, acquire, and manage free or discounted technology tools (e.g., software, hardware, satellite data, digital platforms) for disaster preparedness and response.
Oversee deployment and local adoption of internal products (apps, dashboards, analytics tools) across partner organizations.
Ensure partners integrate and use Clyrix, WDC, Quantara, and other ecosystem products in their operations.
Lead development and execution of grant proposals, joint ventures, and white-label agreements.
Establish a pipeline of revenue-generating collaborations, licensing deals, or implementation contracts.
Track and report impact: software adoption, user growth, partner satisfaction, and income generated.
Represent the company at global humanitarian and tech conferences (e.g., AidEx, Devex World, UN forums).
Supervise a small team of tech deployment officers and partnership coordinators.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in humanitarian tech, disaster response, or global development (5+ years).
Strong understanding of nonprofit tech ecosystems (e.g., ArcGIS, KoboToolbox, AI tools, digital health).
Exceptional partnership-building, fundraising, and communication skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-country deployments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with results-driven leadership style.
Preferred:
Experience working with 501(c)(3) organizations or U.S. tech donors.
Background in data analytics, humanitarian coordination, or digital transformation.
French or Arabic language skills a plus.
