Industry Biotechnology Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is looking for a dynamic Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in our executive leadership team. The CMO will spearhead and drive the clinical development strategy for our innovative oncology radiopharmaceutical portfolio, focusing on early-phase clinical trials. We seek a strategic and hands-on leader with a medical degree, ideally holding expertise in oncology, nuclear medicine, or radiology, and possessing 10-15 years of extensive experience in clinical development, particularly with early-phase oncology trials. The successful candidate will assume the role of senior medical voice, influencing strategic decisions and shaping portfolio direction. Key Responsibilities: Design, oversee, and analyze early-phase clinical studies Provide medical oversight for clinical protocols and safety Lead the preparation and submission of essential regulatory documents Build and manage relationships with CROs, investigators, and trial sites Collaborate with global regulatory agencies The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and will establish credibility among scientific, regulatory, and investor audiences. You will foster a culture of agility, transparency, and scientific excellence within the medical function. Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, or targeted therapies is highly sought after.
