Signal Processing Specialist

to enhance EW programs. As a valued member of our team, you will focus on enhancing the resilience and effectiveness of sensors and signals in complex environments. You will play a crucial role in advancing innovative research and applications to bolster both ongoing and future EW initiatives. Collaborating with leading scientists and experts in the field, you will have the chance to expand your knowledge and career, with opportunities for task leadership for motivated candidates. Your responsibilities will include: Developing, modeling, and testing algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, or C++. Analyzing simulation and real data to uncover root causes and identify trends. Creating novel algorithms and conducting performance simulations and analyses with both simulated and real data in time series and spectral domains. Participating in lab-based and field testing activities. Supporting marketing and business development initiatives. Engaging in multiple projects while interacting with clients and customers. At

Join us to be a part of advancing warfare technology! Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required. An active Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in radar signal processing. Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, Linux, Mathematica, Python, Simulink, and programming languages like C/C++ and Java. Solid understanding of digital filtering, spectral estimation, detection and estimation theory, linear algebra, and stochastic processes. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Adaptability to new challenges with a desire for continuous learning and growth. Preferred Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. Experience in task leadership or team management. Successful history of translating functional requirements into actionable tasks. Familiarity with modeling and simulation (M&S), radar systems, adaptive radar, signal processing, algorithm development, and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) or related areas.
