Role and Responsibilities
Co-Lead the eCommerce strategy, business planning, analytics, and website experience for the Digital Appliance team
Lead and manage the bottoms-up planning and forecasting based on category promotional and marketing plans
Collaborate with category management, performance marketing, product and finance teams for the Quarterly Commercial Deal (QCD) planning process and manage all program approvals from key internal stakeholders
Own the tracking and maintenance of promotional spending forecast and maintain a monthly closing process based on actuals
Responsible for monthly target planning process by consolidating category-level plans into target financial plan
Manage current quarter weekly sellout performance management for all categories based on sellout performance trend. Maintain a high degree of accuracy on sellout forecasting achievement rate
Manage revenue risk to target plan and actively lead gap closure initiatives by securing program approvals to generate incremental revenue
Lead product launch planning and forecasting for flagship products with a high degree of accuracy to minimize stock outs and aging risk
Lead highly functional and agile business planning and cross functional teams
Perform promotional ROI analysis and develop monthly reporting with key insights and planning implications
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of related experience in one or more of the functional areas: business planning, sales planning or strategic planning and analytics roles
Master’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
4+ years’ experience in ecommerce or telecommunications or consumer electronics industry or management consulting
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis using excel, tableau preferred
Prior experience leading small teams with the ability to engage and develop talent
Exceptional communication skills with ability to collaborate and build effective partnerships at all levels of the organization
Structured and process oriented approach to solve business and operational problems with a highly agile approach
Ability to operate seamlessly in a matrix organization and manage stakeholder across multiple lines of businesses
