We're looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Data Insights Analyst to join our Corporate Cross-Functional Reporting team within the Business Intelligence & Analytics function. This role is crucial for building a scalable, trusted reporting platform that delivers consistent, transparent, and actionable insights across finance, accounting, compliance, and human resources. Your Responsibilities Include: Collaborative Analysis:

Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and create analytical strategies that enhance decision-making.

Data Exploration:

Conduct thorough analyses using various analytical methods and business contexts to generate actionable recommendations.

BI Solution Development:

Design and develop business intelligence solutions such as dashboards and reports that promote operational visibility and strategic insights.

Scalable Reporting:

Lead the creation and maintenance of reusable data models and visualizations, ensuring accuracy and scalability across all internal and external reporting.

Data Quality Collaboration:

Partner with data engineering and BI teams to guarantee data quality and proper alignment between source systems and reporting layers.

Continuous Improvement:

Help automate recurring analytical workflows, reducing manual reporting and enhancing turnaround times for business users.

Team Mentorship:

Elevate team practices and analytical capabilities by mentoring peers, documenting solutions, and leading process improvements.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on best practices in data visualization, BI tools, and analytics methods to continuously enhance team skills.

What You Bring: Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for statistical analysis and data modeling.

Visualization Expertise:

Ability to create insightful visualizations using tools like Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau, tailored for diverse audiences.

Business Acumen:

Proven experience in crafting compelling, data-driven narratives that guide strategy and influence decisions.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Time Management:

Proficient in managing time effectively and prioritizing to meet strict deadlines.

Problem-Solving Mindset:

Strong initiative and ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate cross-functionally.

Experience:

A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related fields.

Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or high-growth environments related to data privacy compliance.

Understanding of data privacy regulations such as HIPAA.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Familiarity with dbt for constructing and maintaining data models in modern analytics stacks.

Ability to implement structure and operational rigor in BI teams.

Exposure to machine learning techniques like natural language processing or time series forecasting.

The estimated total cash compensation for this role ranges from $145,000 to $170,000 USD.
