No sales quotas or high pressure, opportunities to make additional income with spiff and bonus program Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, diagnose and correct operational issues, including component installation and replacement • Maintain records of completed projects and parts used • Understand and read electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams • Commission newly installed systems to ensure the best performance • Perform periodic maintenance service on our installed systems • Have necessary skills to fix repair problems with legacy systems Qualifications: • Candidate must be EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certified • 1+ years of experience in the field as an HVAC tech • Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, and 5 years of driving experience • Ability to provide outstanding communication to a diverse group of customers and be a good problem-solver • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve • Must be organized and well-groomed • Understand that customer experience is everything Compensation: $30 - $55 hourly
