The opportunity As part of EY's Oracle Services practice, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering complex application implementations. Our Oracle Applications and Technology Services group is committed to providing innovative solutions using Oracle SaaS and PaaS technologies. You will work closely with clients to design and implement core applications and technology needed for their business operations. Your key responsibilities Ensure productivity through client engagement and chargeable work. Lead delivery workstreams with strategic oversight to ensure project success. Oversee project status, manage deliverable completion, and ensure quality control. Engage in client discussions, facilitating all stages from planning to execution. Identify and drive additional service opportunities to expand our client offerings. Lead RFP responses and manage economic aspects of engagements. Execute effective resource planning while maintaining budget constraints. Skills and attributes for success Collaborate with technology professionals and third-party alliances to implement robust technology solutions. Deliver exceptional project execution by effectively managing team performance and adjusting resources as required. Architect technical solutions focusing on data flow, migration, and integration across applications. Encourage team development, fostering individual responsibility and conducting performance reviews. Generate new business opportunities by deepening understanding of EY’s services. Build lasting relationships and networks both within EY and with external stakeholders. Supervise technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle. Communicate effectively with senior management in supply chain and technology. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and application integration. Proficient in conducting business requirements analysis and ensuring quality assurance. Excell in relationship management and negotiation. Demonstrate digital fluency and emotional intelligence in client interactions. To qualify for the role, you must have A 4-year bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience. Experience as a Technical Lead or Application Development Lead in SCM/ERP implementations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Completed 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS Applications. 2-3 years of hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, and SOAP. Proven experience with integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud or similar platforms. Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a keen interest in integrating business processes with technology. A willingness to travel 60-80% of the time. Ideally, you'll also have A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (MBA or MS degree preferred). Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A passion for ongoing learning and professional development. Base salary ranges from $142,600 to $261,500 nationwide, with higher ranges in select areas like New York City and California.
