Your Role as a Project Manager:
As the face of Marvin Replacement at every job site, you will advocate for our customers and guarantee an outstanding installation experience. From conducting final measurements to post-installation walkthroughs, you will maintain our high standards and ensure that every detail is addressed throughout the installation process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct final measurements for window and door installations. Provide tailored installation solutions to meet customer expectations while adapting production specifications to site conditions. Act as the first point of contact on-site by introducing yourself and the installation team, setting homeowner expectations, and scheduling job completion walkthroughs. Effectively communicate job-specific details to installation crews, preparing them for unique project needs. Assist installation partners with inquiries throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure appropriate materials are allocated and accurately job-cost labor rates. Resolve project and customer issues with efficiency and professionalism. Conduct thorough job completion walkthroughs with homeowners, which includes: Demonstrating window and door operations. Completing the Zero-Defect checklist. Delivering the customer gift bag. Documenting and following up on any outstanding work. You Are a Great Fit If You: Have proven experience working directly with customers and homeowners, showcasing strong problem-solving skills. Possess a solid understanding of construction documents, methods, and installation techniques. Demonstrate versatility and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Construction experience, particularly in home improvement or window replacement, is essential. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift, push/pull, and carry up to 40 lbs; stand for at least 6 hours daily; and climb ladders and stairs.
