We are Hiring HVAC Service Technicians to join our team.
This position will be providing annual maintenance and on demand service to residential and light commercial customers.
Job Title:
HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate:
$35.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime

What you will be doing:
Delivering Excellent Customer Experiences by providing service, maintenance, and repair on primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacement needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor/Salesperson
Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
Communicating with the service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training
Qualifications / Skills:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
2 + years of HVAC service experience
Residential Service experience required
EPA Universal Certification
NATE Certification or willingness to acquire once employed
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Experience making repair and replacement recommendations
Low voltage license or commitment to acquire within 2 years of employment
Advanced customer service skills
Possession of required tools
Willingness to invest time in developing your skills and knowledge through training
High school diploma or equivalent
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desired
