We are seeking an innovative leader to drive the strategic design and execution of our global supply chain. Your expertise will ensure supply continuity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in a highly regulated manufacturing setting. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all supply chain functions—from planning and procurement to logistics and supplier relationship management. You will develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy while establishing best-in-class processes and systems. Your focus on operational excellence, performance management, and driving cost optimization initiatives will help maintain our high standards of quality and compliance. To qualify for the VP of Supply Chain Operations role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, though an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in global supply chain leadership specifically in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing industries is required. You should demonstrate a proven track record in managing complex, multi-regional supply chains, have a deep understanding of global trade and regulatory considerations, and possess the ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams.
