Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst This is a full-time position with flexible location options across the United States. Work can be performed remotely, from an office, or within hoteling spaces as needed. Job Description
The Business Intelligence candidate (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of a GOS client. The Sr. BI Analysts responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis and benchmarking analysis. Primary Duties Support the client and account team to design, build, and implement dashboards aligned with the clients BI platform and global data strategy initiatives Ability to gather requirements, communicate with the business, and build final solution from a technical and business perspective Focus on client delivery and key stakeholder management Develop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope, and investment Contribute to Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory and process for developing custom dashboards Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirements Ability to manage key client and account team relationships Design BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long-term roadmap and final solution Proactively analyze the clients portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical tools Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboards Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstream Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of work
Knowledge & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering or Technology Experience In
Business analytics or data visualization software Data mapping and modelling Self-motivated with a client-centric focus Power BI is preferred SQL is preferred Alteryx is preferred Power Automate/Apps is a plus Being part of a software product team or BI product team is a plus Handling commercial real estate data is a plus Team leadership is a plus

High Level of critical thinking and judgement exercised daily Be curious about data Need to have a problem solver mentality Excellent communication skills Able to determine how to handle client requests that are not in their best interest or are outside of scope of delivery or technology capability Able to choose the most effective forms of communication to articulate complex problems to non-technical resources Relationship management
