Your Responsibilities:
Develop advanced analytical models: Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to address key business challenges.
Data exploration & preparation: Clean, transform, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
Experimentation & optimization: Design experiments (A/B testing, causal inference) and leverage results to improve decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to translate data insights into practical solutions.
Visualization & communication: Present data-driven findings through clear dashboards, reports, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Automation & scalability: Develop reusable analytics pipelines and machine learning workflows to support long-term growth.
Innovation & research: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and new modeling techniques to enhance organizational capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Machine Learning.
Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
Proven track record of building and deploying ML models in production.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/Plotly).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Requirements8+ years of experience in Data Science with strong skills in Python, SQL, machine learning (TensorFlow/PyTorch/XGBoost), statistics, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
