A respected law firm seeks a talented Litigation Associate to join its Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice team in Englewood, Colorado. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to handle complex civil litigation matters while working directly with experienced trial attorneys in a fast?paced, client?driven environment. This firm represents a broad range of clients in a multitude of areas including real estate transactions, lending, environment compliance and litigation, national resources ownership and utilization, securities litigation, lender liability, Directors and Officers obligations and liability, entity formation, dissolution and litigation, accounting litigation, and related fields. The firm advises clients regarding oil and gas exploration, extraction, processing, distribution and sales as well as related real estate and environmental matters. About the Opportunity
This position offers the chance to represent injured individuals in high?stakes medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Key Responsibilities Draft and brief motions in civil litigation cases involving personal injury and medical malpractice. Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Argue motions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials. Assist in trial preparation, including discovery, witness preparation, and case strategy. Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff to manage case progress and client communication.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive civil litigation experience. Proven experience in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation. Active license to practice law in Colorado. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities. Commitment to teamwork, client service, and ethical advocacy.
