Vaco Boston has partnered with our client to help fill an Accounts Receivable Specialist role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with AR-related financial analysis and reporting tasks
Help prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including financial controls documentation
Present reporting and insights to management with clear, concise explanations
Maintain and improve regular AR reports and performance metrics
Support accuracy testing and updates of new and existing reports
Collaborate with various internal teams, including Finance, Accounting, and Operations
Complete additional tasks and projects as needed
Willing to work occasional weekends, especially during quarter- or year-end
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in areas such as Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, or Credit Management
Strong Excel skills, including use of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-driven with a proactive attitude
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
