As a Senior Product Manager, Content Partnerships on The Sims 4 you will blend business strategy, creative collaboration, and player insights to drive content growth. You’ll leverage insights from market trends, UX research, and player telemetry to identify and prioritize content opportunities. You’ll own partnership integrations—from building the business case and collaborating with development teams on execution to driving the final go‑to‑market strategy.
You will report to the Lead Product Manager of The Sims 4.
Location: Hybrid role, onsite the studio three days a week in Kirkland, Vancouver or Redwood City.
Responsibilities
Serve as the end‑to‑end business owner for The Sims 4 in‑game partnership opportunities and roadmap, overseeing brand and IP integrations.
Establish and track program processes and goals (financial, reach, sentiment), evolving integration opportunities based on brand fit and business potential.
Collaborate with Brand and Business Development to craft compelling pitches for external partners and manage post‑contract execution.
Partner with Design, Player Experience, and Community teams to identify new content opportunities and monitor industry trends.
Conduct post‑launch retrospectives and apply insights to continuously improve future content.
Qualifications
Strategic: Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize based on deadlines and constraints.
Excellent collaboration skills: Experience working with and aligning creative, marketing, and development teams.
Analytical: Experience with data‑driven decision‑making processes to shape player experience; understanding of business modeling and reporting.
Multi‑threaded: Ability to keep track of multiple content partnership workstreams with different timelines and delivery.
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
Passion for games, especially life‑simulation games.
Compensation and Benefits The ranges listed below reflect the expected pay for applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you live elsewhere, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay is determined based on relevant business and candidate factors.
British Columbia (Vancouver vs. Victoria): $111,600 – $152,800 CAD
California (Los Angeles vs. San Francisco): $138,400 – $211,700 USD
Washington (Seattle vs. Spokane): $129,500 – $171,800 USD
In the US, we offer a package that includes 3 weeks of paid time off to start, 80 hours of sick time per year, 16 paid company holidays, 10 weeks paid time off for bonding with a new baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan for full‑time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
In British Columbia, we offer a similar package of vacation (3 weeks to start), sick time, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100 % of base salary for parental leave, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and a retirement plan.
