Now, we’re looking for a Senior Director of Ecommerce to lead our digital transformation and shape what comes next.

Responsibilities

Own the full ecommerce strategy, roadmap, and daily execution across Pendleton’s DTC digital channels

Lead site performance optimization across conversion rate, page speed, checkout flow, and mobile responsiveness

Oversee site navigation, taxonomy, search, and product discovery to create a frictionless shopping experience

Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, creative, tech, merchandising, and operations to deliver a high-performing site

Partner with merchandising to plan seasonal product launches, category strategy, and promotional moments

Leverage analytics and customer behavior insights to identify growth opportunities and drive data-informed decisions

Lead A / B testing and personalization efforts to improve UX, engagement, and conversion

Evaluate and implement ecommerce technologies including CRM, site search, and product recommendation tools

Manage third-party vendors and ecommerce platform relationships (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar)

Support new revenue opportunities including international expansion, marketplaces, and omnichannel integration

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing ecommerce team focused on innovation and execution

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred

8+ years of progressive ecommerce experience with at least 5 years in senior management roles

Experience with fashion-specific challenges, including seasonal inventory, size and fit, and visual merchandising

Demonstrated success in digital marketing, including paid social, search marketing, and email campaigns

Experience in apparel manufacturing or fashion retail environment

Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management specific to seasonal fashion products

Experience with subscription commerce, loyalty programs, or customer retention initiatives

Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AR / VR for virtual try-on and AI-powered personalization
