As Vice President of Tokenization on the Connected Commerce team, you will manage the product backlog, remediate issues, and lead Agile teams to launch innovative solutions. You’ll use critical thinking and data analytics to understand client usage patterns and triage issues. You will partner directly with servicing and technical support teams and provide product‑management leadership to agile teams.

Job responsibilities

Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution and prioritization.

Monitor against agreed goals and benchmarks, identifying and scoping implementation paths for needed enhancements, and creating remediation plans when required.

Collaborate with Technology and Design teams to lead product development efforts.

Conduct pre‑release reviews, including regression testing and QA, to certify releases as production‑ready.

Work with cross‑functional partners (Risk, Control, Compliance, Legal) to ensure a strong risk and control environment.

Communicate strategy and progress to executives and leadership teams.

Publish executive reports summarizing product health, industry and competitive trends, and the voice of the customer.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

7+ years of experience in financial services, digital, product management and/or Agile software development.

Deep experience in online payments, including card tokenization, digital wallets, and e‑commerce payments.

Passion for understanding customer needs and a proven ability to build digital products.

Strategic thinking with the ability to connect the dots to the big picture while handling detailed execution.

Proven success influencing decisions across product, technology, and design teams.

Track record managing risk and controls.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong knowledge of APIs, open banking, and engineering practices.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a comparable field.
