We need hardworking, and creative people to help us dive into more of these rare opportunities in GPU application in enterprise solution space.

We are now looking for an OEM Account Applications Engineer with the ability to focus on customer enablement of enterprise products in a datacenter environment. This highly technical engineering role is responsible for providing best-in-class support to NVIDIA's enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key OEM customers on the design, validation and production of datacenter platforms.

Work on resolving system integration issues related to thermal, mechanical, electrical, PCIe and GPU interconnect interfaces, including out-of-band management services.

Support customers through bring‑up, validation and production issues, traveling to partner sites as required.

Analyze data to answer questions, reproduce errors, resolve issues or raise escalations.

Engage in customer communication via conference calls or face‑to‑face meetings.

Perform hardware debugging using oscilloscope and analyzers to qualify, validate and solve NVIDIA products for customer systems.

Track, file new bugs and reproduce issues as needed.

Travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

BS or higher in EE, CE (or equivalent experience).

At least 5+ years of proven experience in systems engineering.

Relevant experience supporting enterprise datacenter platforms for x86 or ARM architecture.

Understanding of x86 and ARM system architecture for server design, including BMC, security and out‑of‑band management.

Ability to excel in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

Professional-level interpersonal skills and ability to adjust communication to the technical level of the audience.

Proficient with Linux distributions, Python programming and bash scripting.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is

136,000 USD - 212,750 USD . You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
