Job Description Advantage SCI is accepting applications to support a federal agency personnel security program.
Responsibilities
Coordinate manpower and resources.
Serve as the Program Manager’s delegate in daily operations and internal liaison.
Act as Program Manager in the PM’s absence or during a temporary vacancy.
Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of the program.
Serve as overall program lead and principal liaison between the Government and the Contractor.
Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.
Assure quality control implementation.
Produce required contractual and programmatic reports and briefs.
Implement and exercise quality‑control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements.
Be responsible for overall project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables.
Review and remediate work discrepancies.
Supervise Contractor personnel and communicate policies and organizational goals.
Ensure all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions.
Track all incoming Contractor personnel and weekly status reports to Government customers.
Qualifications
Current TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a CI polygraph exam.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of 8+ years federal, state, local, or military law enforcement experience OR 10+ years managing tasks and supervising people, including HR and personnel security.
At least 5 years of experience in personnel security/background investigations.
Experience with EO 12960 and EO 12968, SEAD 4 and SEAD 7.
Experience as a functional practitioner of Continuous Vetting and Trusted Workforce 2.0 or similar programs.
Preferred: Prior security program management experience; prior experience managing all aspects of a full-scope BI program.
Working Conditions
Ability to sit at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, run.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
