The Quickbooks CRM team delivers on the core customer benefit of growing revenue and improving lead‑to‑customer conversion rate. As Senior Staff PM, you’ll be responsible for increasing SMB revenue growth through core customer management features directly impacting their ability to deepen customer relationships.

Help small businesses manage sales and customer workflows through a new end‑to‑end capability.
Integrate with other Intuit capabilities to create a holistic offering for SMBs.
Work with a builder‑focused engineering team to rapidly iterate and achieve product‑market fit.
Validate experiences and concepts with millions of users eager for more customer‑management capabilities.
Responsibilities
Work closely with design partners to conduct customer research and craft experiments to test leap‑of‑faith assumptions before investing in full builds.
Leverage user data to streamline workflows via AI lead scoring and relationship/sales insights.
Build a product strategy that drives excitement across the organization and rallies partner teams around the mission.
Work with customers to create innovative solutions to the core workflow‑management problems that service‑based SMBs face.
Collaborate with a full‑stack engineering team to drive technical advancement and manage business tracks of work.
Design and bring to market revenue‑generating, customer‑driven software products.
Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights.
Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on expectations.
Lead, create, and launch market‑leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, UX, and support.
Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release.
Build products that deliver great customer experiences.
Focus on growth hacking, achieving product‑market fit, and building growth loops for QuickBooks Online.
Qualifications
8+ years designing and delivering world‑class software products in a product management role.
Demonstrated experience managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
Proven expertise leading cross‑functional teams that launch on‑time and on‑budget.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle complex projects simultaneously.
Successful history of delivering customer‑driven products designed for great customer experience.
Strong A/B testing and data‑driven product management skills.
BS or BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
Expected base pay range:
Bay Area, California: $196,500–$266,000
New York: $229,000–$264,000
