Role Overview
Recruiting for a midsize NYC corporate and securities boutique (50+ attorneys, Super Lawyers-recognized for sophisticated transactions).
Seeking Securities/Capital Markets Associates with experience in IPOs, private placements, or securities filings.
Hybrid Lexington Avenue office (4 days in-office to start, Fridays optional; 3-4 days initial for integration), focusing on $50M-$150M public/private offerings, M&A-tied securities, and compliance for national/international clients.
Compensation : $250K base (5-10 years level) + bonuses for deal flow.
Deal Impact : 12+ offerings executed in 2024, including private placements for fintech startups—sourced from firm client successes and market filings.
Direct Client Ownership : Step into "face of the firm" roles from day one, drafting agreements and advising C-suites in relaxed, collaborative teams (partner + 1-2 associates), fostering 90% repeat business through cost-effective, tailored service.
