We’re building a new category in smart wearables and are looking for a hands‑on marketer to help scale responsible, evidence‑based growth.
The Opportunity
We’re bringing our paid media in‑house. As our first dedicated digital marketing hire, you’ll own the acquisition engine end‑to‑end—working directly with the Director of Marketing to move, test, and grow.
What you’ll do Paid Media (Primary)
Own and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Run rapid, structured testing (audience, bid, offer, creative) to improve ROAS and reduce CAC.
Manage monthly budgets; enforce brand safety and platform policy compliance.
Build high‑performing campaigns and automated flows across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and win‑back.
Drive segmentation, personalization, and deliverability best practices; align lifecycle with paid to create cohesive journeys.
Web & CRO
Partner with web/creative to build and optimize landing pages; run A/B and multivariate tests on
offers, messaging, layouts, and checkout .
Analytics & Attribution
Own marketing measurement: GA4, GTM, pixels/CAPI, UTMs, and conversion APIs; maintain clean tracking.
Build lightweight dashboards (e.g., TripleWhale, Look Studio) and communicate LTV:CAC, MER, ROAS, channel mix.
Creative & Content
Turn raw assets/UGC into
performant ad variations ; brief creators/agencies as needed and enforce brand consistency.
Write crisp, on‑brand copy
for ads, landing pages, and emails; clearly communicate test plans, briefs, and results to cross‑functional partners.
Work cross‑functionally with Product, Design, Data/Engineering, and PR/Brand.
Ensure privacy‑aware marketing (GDPR/CCPA, CAN‑SPAM) and high bar for claims/substantiation.
How success will be measured
Hit or outperform ROAS targets; lower CAC while responsibly scaling spend.
Improve conversion rates across funnel (ad → LP → checkout) via disciplined testing.
Increase email performance (opens, clicks, revenue attribution).
Provide clear, actionable insights that shape channel mix and roadmap.
What you bring (Required)
5+ years
hands‑on paid media management across multiple platforms with meaningful budgets.
Strong analytical chops; fluent with GA4, GTM, pixels/CAPI, UTMs, cohort and funnel analysis.
Experience building/optimizing Klaviyo (or similar) campaigns and flows.
Demonstrated CRO mindset: experiment design, A/B testing, and decisioning based on data.
Ability to brief, QA, and iterate creative; comfortable editing raw assets into testable variants.
Bias to action, excellent communication, and comfort in a fast‑moving startup.
Nice to have
Consumer electronics, wearables, or health/wellness experience.
Early‑stage startup background; experience transitioning work from agency to in‑house.
Certifications (Google Ads, Meta, Digital Marketing), affiliate/influencer familiarity.
