Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across all business units, managing categories including MnRa, Advanced Sourcing, API & Excipients, Animal Derivatives, and Bio-process Materials

Lead and mentor a diverse team of 30 procurement professionals across regions

Drive TCO optimization and digital transformation initiatives

Establish strategic supplier relationship management programs

Champion risk management and supply chain resilience strategies

Integrate ESG and sustainability principles into procurement practices

Collaborate with R&D, M&S, and Quality teams as a permanent member of the MSAT Leadership Team

Lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers to ensure business continuity

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Business

MBA or equivalent advanced degree

15+ years experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry procurement

Strong focus on GMP raw materials and category management

Proven track record leading global teams and managing complex projects

Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical raw materials and operations

Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirements

Key Competencies

Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills

Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complex matrix organizations

French and English business fluent
