Job Summary As a Leasing Specialist, you will match prospective residents with their dream homes and deliver exceptional service. You will handle sales, leasing, community tours, and resident communication, striving for high occupancy and revenue goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Greet, qualify, and screen prospective residents.
Show apartments, conduct tours, process applications, and secure lease agreements.
Follow up to ensure resident satisfaction and facilitate lease renewals.
Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance or other teams.
Assist with property marketing and resident events.
Maintain an appealing property presentation and address any needed improvements.
Travel between the 3030 Lake City property and any other assigned sites as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing.
Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and new software adoption).
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Ability to travel between properties and to work on-site; remote work not available.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Compensation
Hourly pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour.
Performance‑based bonuses available.

Work in a professional office and residential environment.
