Multiple U.S. locations – the role is hybrid with the possibility of onsite work determined by the hiring team. Position Responsibilities

Assist in the development, deployment, and fine‑tuning of AI, ML, and GenAI models. Support design and implementation of data pipelines for model training and evaluation. Help create prompt‑engineering strategies and embedding techniques. Prototype AI‑driven applications that solve business challenges. Participate in model performance evaluation, bias, and fairness assessments. Collaborate with engineering teams on inference, monitoring, and maintenance. Stay updated on AI/ML/GenAI trends and tools, sharing insights with colleagues. Engage in learning opportunities and mentorship from senior data scientists. Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a closely related field. 1+ year of experience in data science or machine learning. 1+ year of programming experience in Python and familiarity with data‑engineering workflows (e.g., Spark, Airflow, SQL). Experience with platform infrastructure: Kubernetes, containerization, infrastructure‑as‑code. Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

Master’s degree or PhD in one of the aforementioned disciplines. Experience fine‑tuning open‑source models and integrating APIs from commercial providers. Proficiency with deep‑learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience in AI ethics and governance for generative models. Hands‑on experience with data‑engineering tools (SQL, Spark).
